Rocher Chocolate

A very nice recipe if you want to make your own chocolates especially For christmass.


7 ounces dark chocolate melted
2 ½ ounces butter
1 ½ ounce walnut kernels
1 ½ ounce hazelnuts
1 ½ ounce almonds
1 ½ ounce cornflakes
1 tbsp. grated coconut
1 tbsp. liquid honey


Chop the chocolate.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then add the honey.
In a non-sticking frying pan, grill almonds and hazelnuts without any fat.
In a bowl, mix all the nuts, cornflakes and melted chocolate. They must be well coated with chocolate.
Form balls the size of walnuts on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with coconut.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
