If you are looking for a nice glaze for a fish you really have to try this mustard glaze. It's perfect for cod fish but you can use it for many other fishes.
4 cod fish (at least 1 inch thick)
4 tbsp honey
3 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Preheat the broiler.
In a bowl, combine the mustard and the honey. Stir until well combined.
In a frying pan (that you can place in the oven) heat the butter and add the lemon juice.
Place the fish in the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook both side until golden.
Then coat the fish with the homey mustard mixture.
Place the pan into the broiler and cook for about 4 minutes .
Serve with rice and garnish with lemon wedges
